I need to check up on the d20 license though. I heard it was canceled. That may not apply to products already released. Or it may be bs. We have most of those books we can post (and all of them are still available in printed format). I don't have a PDf for the original oathbound hardback (I have the pagemaker file, but it doesn't convert to indesign well, and spending the many hours fixing it is low on the totem pole.) And the ownership on Wildwood is somewhat in question The other four I can put up easily.

What I really wanted to do was strip out all the crunchy bits from the first 3 books (anything worthwhile has been ported to OB7) and release a "Penance" book that contains all the campaign material from those. Curious if anyone would prefer that to just posting the old stuff.

I'd love to have the old books available as pdfs.

Yes physical product that was already printed BEFORE the license has been ignored (AFAIK I haven't seen any news on publishers getting any C&D letters for continuing to distribute books with the d20 logo on them). But PDF's and new products can ONLY use the OGL. So any reference to the d20 logo and license must be stripped from them. Which if you have the master layered adobe files you should be good.

From what I understand you can still publish D20/OGL books, but can no longer use the D20 logo on new products. Digital products made re-available must have the D20 logo stripped from the file.

From what I've seen posted by publishers on the Paizo forums, they give a better deal to the publisher than the OneBookShelf stores, but don't have as much exposure, resulting in a lower number of sales at Paizo. I don't know how Steve Jackson Games e23 store compares, but there's more OGL/Pathfinder supporting companies beginning to sell there. Open Design's started getting their catalogue up there over the last week or so, including the latest Kobold Quarterly.
