Ah, well, we haven't finished it yet!
Eclipse and my wedding at up a lot of time, so the goal is to have it out about the same time as Eclipse, which is in August. It's PDF only for now, so as soon as it's done, we'll get it up.

No. I think it's because it's a PDF so they don't have to worry about inventory. With the pre-orders, they want to make sure they order enough to fulfill the demand. With a PDF, you can get it the moment it goes up and don't have to worry that it sold out already.
