Technically there are no natives to the Forge except the Black Flock. But what of elementals and fey that spontaneously generate because of the unique conditions of the Forge? Any ideas on what they might be or how to stat them?

The deep fey might actually fall into that category. We nevr said one way or another, but they do possess some unusual properties. Chief is that they are made of darkness. Something to think about.

Is monster breeding- creating new varieties, cultivars or species- easier or harder on the Forge? As one of the main concepts of OB is evolution, I can see it both ways. In the positive, the Forge's power assists the breeder. In the negative, it causes so much novelty (random mutations) that breeding is made much more difficult.
Which would you use?

I would think it would be easier. In the case of many plants, the life cycle is speeded up rapidly. And the forge's magic pushes all things to their extremes.
I would throw out there that the possibility of disastrous failure (or disastrous success) is much higher. But that only makes it more fun.
