Howdy folks,
I'm a veteran rpg gm looking to start a new campaign with a group of 5 or 6 players as of this coming February (2011). The last d20 campaign I gm'd made use of the Midnight setting, which we ran for 5 years ('04-'09). We started that at 1st level and took it up to 17th before we wrapped it up with a decent finale. Cool setting, and a solid campaign, thanks to the players involved.
I've taken a bit of a gm break for myself (playing Drow Wars as a player and having a good time, and running a little bit of CoC), but a new campaign beckons. I've narrowed it down to either the Shackled City AP as Option 1 or a combo of The Lost City of Barakus to about 6th level, followed up with a sandbox campaign featuring the new and improved version of the Forge as Option 2.
My question is probably obvious, but how does it look for the January release date? If it's accurate, I'll have a copy of Seven printed and bound for myself, and then go from there.
I guess...in a way, it isn't critical, since it'll probably take us the better part of 2011 to play through Barakus, but I figured I'd ask either way. As far as buying 7 goes, it's ultimately irrelevent...as I collect all of the OB stuff either way. Awesome stuff...amongst my favorites for D&D all time....and I've been playing snce 1978! Which is odd because it's a relatively obscure setting, out there in the wider d20 "ocean".

Oathbound Seven is now ready! On time, even! If you want to order a printed copy, it may take a little longer.

Technically, its available on the 3rd, since that's when you all are shipping so 2 days late. We'll let it slide though. And if I could find a smilie with its tongue sticking out I'd put that, just in case anyone happens to think I'm being rude but y'all have a lot of smilies. edited by ShadowcatX on 1/3/2011

True. My apologies. If I'd had time to program my downloader, I could have posted it on the 1st. I'll be working on that this month.

Nothing against the folks here but I ordered a B&W copy today through Lulu itself, I have an account with them, and even got to use a coupon for cybermonday that will see the book printed and shipped to me for $41.02 I checked the website a few minutes ago and my status is now: Fullfilling. 2-5 business days for them to print me a copy and then they hand it over to UPS to get it to my place which will be another 4+ days. With any luck this get into my grubby paws by the weekend. I'm not holding my breath on this but it would be nice.
