Though I doubt it would be used extensively, how about sanity? Some people, esp those from worlds that are low or no magic, are not going to make to the Forge very well. The PCs may be better able to retain their sanity (because they are PCs) but others that comes with them* or they encounter on the Forge may crack from the overwhelming pressure.

*I wonder how many GMs use the idea of groups that are larger than the party taken enmasse. It seems to be Haiel's usual method.

Question- will there be undead PC races/templates in the Vault? How about some for the Forge in general?

Definitely. Not something we are working on currently though. There's a vampire template/race for eclipse. That counts as one for the overall Forge. You could take that and tweak it for other undead types if you want to jump the gun.

Derek, check out Bastion Press/Dragon Wing's sourcebook <http://dragonwing.net/product.php?prodid=outforblood">Out for Blood, deals with vampires and those who hunt them. I've found it really good for vampires and other undead.

I have Out for Blood, but more because I wanted to support Bastion. I have never been a fan of vampires in pretty much any form. The only two films I like about them are Daybreakers and Chronos.

What I am hoping for from the Vault are ghosts and zombie variants (as zombies are easy to customize).

That seems appropriate. If you want something sooner, the Bestiary does have the Ruin Zombie (or something like that), which is basically a Zombie with class levels. You could take that and run with it a bit.

If you decide to do a spell compendium, how about some that require or use the evolve feat? Advanced forms of shapeshifting work better if one understands evolution on a finer scale.

How about new domains and sorcererous bloodlines for non-humanoids (and new spells to go with them)?

New materials- minerals, metals, organics, "substances", etc. The Forge is one of the most magical places in the multiverse, it should have a lot of materials that are unknown to much of it.

Maps. Topographic, currents and depths of the oceans and major lakes, demographic, supernatural. Cities and other locations. Those of the citadels. I like the maps in the books but more is better in this case.

So far there are 3 races that are evolutionary offshoots due to the effects of the Forge- wyrgith, wild frey and war valco. How about some more? It would be interesting to see how thorns, pickers, silvers, haze, dovers, faust, deep fey and others have subspecies that are location specific (at least in origin).

Yeah, I like that. We could almost do a whole product on each race with different variations given adapted to different places. Don't know when we'll get a chance, but maybe something for Anvil.

Even though gods are not able to enter the Forge, that doesn't stop spirits. How about some spirits that can be used for pacts? They don't have to be as powerful as a spirit of the land to provide some juice to their allies.

Maybe a good idea to generate more interest (and revive this place) is to put out some small pdfs? Say ones on weather of the Forge, designing prestige races (the math for those not related to age), new races and critters and magic (spells, items and locations).

How about a short pdf on the Unhowdes, brands and other Flock related items?

Guidelines on race and class design, especially races. There are many thousands on the Forge and not even all of d20 and PF publishers have come close (and many have just used a slight variation of existing ones).

The fans have been waiting for years for the last domains to be released. Is there any chance you could release the last three in a generic format, without any game crunch? They could be smaller books that will be subsequently replaced with longer books with your system.

That's kind of a funny statement, actually. In my opinion the "game crunch" is the easy part. 90% of writing these books if coming up with the game details. I'm not sure that would be much of a shortcut.
