I don't know if this would interest anyone, but I decided to use Oathbound in 4e. So I did my best to translate 10 races into the 4e format. You can check it out here, this is just the character creation stuff, some feats that I made up, and a picture of the races I found online.
I am also curious if those familiar with both Oathbound and 4e believe I did the races justice with how I laid them out.

I had two ideas for the Silver. The first iteration was an encounter power based off the healing metal ability, allowing them to spend a healing surge +1d6 when they were first bloodied. But as I discussed this with some people familiar with Oathbound, I began to realize that I was missing the natural aptitude Silvers have for magic. That lead me to instead create an ability based off of the Magical Affinity extended feat. So instead of getting the typical racial power, Silvers are allowed to gain an arcane at-will power and use it at-will. This is sort of taking a page off of the Half-Elf and Human abilities, but I restricted it to Arcane to fit with the ideas the Greg and the guys intended.
I am currently working on converting evolutions to a 4e standard, and let me tell you it is tough trying to keep all of the terminologies straight between editions (3.5/Pathfinder/4e). The other tough part is making the system work without spending XP. In 3.5 and Pathfinder this fits, but 4e just wasn't developed to handle it. Once I get a better handle on what I am doing I may throw it up here to get critiqued.
Also, if I am crossing any lines with this I will make these not available for the public, it just sucks that 4e doesn't have an OGL and I couldn't play my favorite campaign setting in 4e.
