These are simply seeds as I am not a fan of Pathfinder (or d20 in general). If you have your own evolutions that are completely written up, please feel free to post them here.

And I now give permission to Epidemic Books to use this as they wish. All I ask is a mention somewhere in the book(s) they end up.

Focus of Understanding provides empathy and language related powers. They are the diplomats that keep very different cultures from killing each other over spoon selection.

Focus of Survival (or Adaptation) is similar to the Chimera from Epidemic's novel, but is slower, not as spikey and not as effective.

Focus of Elemental Knowledge allows the character to manipulate the elements. There may be one focus, four or even more if Void, Metal, Wood, etc. are used.

Focus of Temporal Knowledge is all about time.

Focus of Scientific Knowledge can be a bit complex, depending on how much science actually works on the Forge.

Focus of Magical Knowledge is not meant for spellcasters. It provides bonuses to incantations (Unearthed Arcana), create X feats (which cost a lot more as the maker isn't a spellcaster), studying magical phenominon (sp) and making magical landscapes (The Practical Enchanter and Morningstar).

Focus of Imagination creates an entirely new kind of magic. Spend action points to make changes to reality. Points are regained by doing something (serving spirits, making sacrifices, giving to the poor, etc.).

Focus of the Farmer gives the character insight into natural cycles. Very popular with druids.

Focus of Joining has two forms. One is similar to the Focus of the Lodes from Mysteries of Arena and allow a character to bond to a much more powerful creature at the cost of freewill. The other is taken by two characters at the same time. Initially their minds start to mirror one another and eventually they physically merge into one being. This can be done multiple times, allowing a character to take more and more powers and knowledge (along with changes to personality). As the age of the resulting character is equal to the younger one that merged, this can provide a very long lifespan for a person who goes through many joinings.
