These are simply seeds as I am not a fan of Pathfinder (or d20 in general). If you have your own evolutions that are completely written up, please feel free to post them here.
And I now give permission to Epidemic Books to use this as they wish. All I ask is a mention somewhere in the book(s) they end up.
Focus of Understanding provides empathy and language related powers. They are the diplomats that keep very different cultures from killing each other over spoon selection.
Focus of Survival (or Adaptation) is similar to the Chimera from Epidemic's novel, but is slower, not as spikey and not as effective.
Focus of Elemental Knowledge allows the character to manipulate the elements. There may be one focus, four or even more if Void, Metal, Wood, etc. are used.
Focus of Temporal Knowledge is all about time.
Focus of Scientific Knowledge can be a bit complex, depending on how much science actually works on the Forge.
Focus of Magical Knowledge is not meant for spellcasters. It provides bonuses to incantations (Unearthed Arcana), create X feats (which cost a lot more as the maker isn't a spellcaster), studying magical phenominon (sp) and making magical landscapes (The Practical Enchanter and Morningstar).
Focus of Imagination creates an entirely new kind of magic. Spend action points to make changes to reality. Points are regained by doing something (serving spirits, making sacrifices, giving to the poor, etc.).
Focus of the Farmer gives the character insight into natural cycles. Very popular with druids.
Focus of Joining has two forms. One is similar to the Focus of the Lodes from Mysteries of Arena and allow a character to bond to a much more powerful creature at the cost of freewill. The other is taken by two characters at the same time. Initially their minds start to mirror one another and eventually they physically merge into one being. This can be done multiple times, allowing a character to take more and more powers and knowledge (along with changes to personality). As the age of the resulting character is equal to the younger one that merged, this can provide a very long lifespan for a person who goes through many joinings.

A variant of the evolutions in OB 7 is the branched evolution. It allows a character to select specific powers to represent variations within the focus. Take focus of the green. At the moment it is generic plant. How about branches for weeds, trees and succulents? Or focus of the insect could have dozens of branches, though I would restrict it to fly, beetle, termite and wasp.
I was looking at the different kinds of prestige races since the beginning and counted 6- DoF (xp for abilities), WW (levels), Player's Guide (feats and ability score increases exchanged for abilities), Eclipse (xp), Eclipse again (aging) and OB 7 (mixture of DoF and PGO). Personally I like the PGO, Eclipse (aging) and OB 7 versions as they all have their strengths and weaknesses that make them interesting. I hope that there will be more aging based evolutions in the future as well as the now standard of OB 7.

Focus of the Hybrid allows two characters to slowly become more and more alike. Eventually, for those of two races, the result are hybrids. Many half elves are the result of this. I would have to tinker with half dragons as they are much weaker than their dragon parent. Focus of the Springwalker gains an understanding of plants. This includes bonuses to herbalism, use of plant companions, interaction bonuses and an aura that strengths plants. An adept springwalker in a desert turns a small part of it into a garden.
Focus of the Stoneseeker gains an understanding of minerals. The ability to sense different species of mineral (yes, species does apply), use of mineral alchemy and interaction bonuses with earth elementals are gained.
Focus of the Tidesinger is for spellcasters. They are stronger when the tide is in, weaker when the tide is out and gains interaction bonuses to water elementals.
Foci of the Chaosspawn, Orderspawn, Lightspawn and Vilespawn are meant to be ways of accessing the 4 alignment templates (if they were converted to Pathfinder).
Focus of Cybornetic Life V1 Steamtech gives the character a heat source as well as mechanical implants. V2 Geartech gives the character a source of kinetic energy as well as mechanical implants. V3 Elementaltech gives the character elemental, paraelemental or quasi elemental implants. V4 Electronics gives science fiction cybernetics to the character.
Focus of the Android is considered by some a more acceptible way to extend one's life over lichdom. It does have some drawbacks as the magic that runs the body may interfere with spellcasting.
Focus of Angles allows the character to tap spacial geometry. It would be a way to bring back some of the spells from the Sphere of Numbers from 2e (it sucks they were never updated).
Focus of the Weavemaster allows the character to see the magic of the Forge and manipulate it. This provides a skills and feats magic system.
Focus of the Broken Bone is for those who wish to become shapeshifters.
Focus of the Graveworm allows the character to feed on dead and undead, gaining memories and strength.
Foci of the X Monster. These are meant to be ways of upgrading and otherwise altering monsters. Focus of the Kobold is meant for kobolds, not humans, elves, etc.
Focus of the Forge. This is a very rare focus because most people don't want to take it. It allows the character to tap into all the free divine energy but an adept is absorbed into the very planet and loses himself in a similar way to the Focus of the Lodes. edited by Derek Holland on 2/6/2012 edited by Derek Holland on 2/6/2012

Focus of the Spawn allows the character to make new creatures from his flesh. The powers relate not to the character, but rather to the spawn.

If you do update any of the other foci from the Player's Guide, could you please add Creator and Mystical?
